Hello, I’m Bonnie; I am a descendant of the Metis people of Saskatchewan. My professional and personal background has taught me the inner working of various systems; where I focus on supporting individuals in navigating employment and/or achieving their optimal health. Part of my wisdom comes from personal experiences as a chronic pain warrior, cancer survivor, and witnessing experiences through loved ones. I feel honoured to walk alongside clients during life changing events on their road to new beginnings.
Pain and suffering is a part of life, however, this can often be an overwhelming experience. Navigating these times can be extremely difficult and lonely. I understand how breaking cycles and moving forwards in your life can be difficult. My practice prioritizes providing you with the pieces that help you in living a life with less pain and return to the things you enjoy.
Together we can shape your behaviours, emotions, and thought patterns that move towards long-term sustainable changes. This is accomplished by developing insight and gaining perspective into your lived experiences while helping you build self-compassion and mindful boundaries. I hold space where you feel safe to explore both successes and setbacks, tools and resources, and receive encouragement and support that facilitates movement.
In our sessions, you will find a space focused around you. Where you can finally tell your story and build insight that facilitates movement towards your ideal life. The space holds empathy, curiosity, collaboration, and hope, where together, we will begin to overcome the barriers that may be occurring in your journey. You can look forward to having someone walk alongside you and provide you with the space and support to move towards living your best life.Don’t let anything hold you back a minute longer, book your discovery session today and explore what the future version of yourself could look like!

Bonnie grew up in the family nursing home business. From a young age, she learned empathy and compassion for those with chronic pain. She’s a learner, and she’s spent most of her life feeding her curiosity. Bonnie has completed her Masters in Leadership in Higher Education from the University of Saskatchewan. She’s spent much of her life in leadership and human resources roles. She believes that giving back is vital, and has been involved as a volunteer at various local community initiatives (e.g., Canadian Blood Bank, Festival of Trees).
Bonnie started as a divorced single parent with two children in her early 20’s who later remarried and grew her family to six. She learned at an early age how life plays a toll on our health having had one child living with a debilitating disease, one child going through numerous heart surgeries, another with chronic allergies and learning disabilities, and herself a recent survivor of breast cancer understands the importance of our health now more than ever. Bonnie is certified and equipped to coach a wide range of individuals. She embraces walking alongside those throughout critical life changing events and on their road to new beginnings (e.g., going back to school, career change, divorce, new diagnosis).

Aleisha was introduced to PsyHealth in 2021 and immediately felt a deep appreciation for the company's vision and ethos, jumping on board to lend her administrative skills to help the cogs of the company run smoothly and easily. She loves roles where she can support others so that they are able to show up as their best and brightest; this comes into play in many ways, from supporting the PsyHealth team, to mothering her two strong-willed Aries boys, and in her passion projects facilitating personal development workshops and one-on-one sessions.
Aleisha feels most fulfilled when she can be in service to the empowerment of individuals, and while her work with PsyHealth is more indirect and administrative, she loves that she gets to be part of this community that so deeply believes in supporting the whole person on their journey in wellness.
Aleisha is an INFJ Cancer who enjoys baking (mmm, cookies), making lists, dancing, reflective journaling, and apparently crafting a latte every morning only to forget about it until she finds it in the microwave two hours later.
